RETURNS +

To start your return, visit our Returns Portal.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Your item was purchased in the last 30 days
  • Your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging
  • You have receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted products)
  • Custom or personalized items

Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUNDS +

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to
your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING +

Our customers are never responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item.

Deià Studios will always cover return and any re-shipping costs.
